Taste WANA is a boutique Destination Management Company (DMC) and Advocacy Platform specializing in premium, bespoke, and intimate tour experiences across West Asia and North Africa (WANA), and the Mediterranean.
A major experience point in this project was in working with ACF relationships (Experiences – Activities) and writing the logic to query Activities for each experience, limited to which Country (taxonomy term) the user is currently viewing.
Another aspect was in passing the country ID across pages to potentially allow us to display content tailored for a specific country. Overall, the Bricks custom query feature is a real gem.
The website was designed to be SEO friendly, performant and highly scalable and maintainable by modern standards.
