Universal Prime Real Estate—a Real Estate brokerage firm based in Dubai, UAE—needed a rebrand. The goal was to increase recognition and establish the firm as a reliable partner in Real Estate Investments and management. The new identity also needed to accommodate the company’s expansion into other related ventures including Short-term leasing and Holiday Home rentals.
The beauty of a rebrand is that there is no shortage of history and experience to draw from. One of the main reason’s for the rebrand was to improve the brand’s memorability among the Middle-Eastern audience while keeping other segments in the loop.
So it was important that an effective solution would consist of easily recognizable elements across diverse audience segments, and be open to future expansion into other sectors of the Real Estate market.
